Limitation

  1. GAS-J essentially handle NGS short reads data only when input data are fastq. A user who wish to input long reads data, it would be necessary to assemble the data to contig by himself.
  2. Due to the nature of in silico virtual analyses in GAS-J, there may be discrepancies between real data and the results from GAS-J. It is highly advisable to clarify the use of GAS-J when data generated from GAS-J are presented.
  3. The results of GAS-J are highly dependent on the sequence data used as the input. It is recommended to use at least 30x depth data.
